The Royal and Hashemite Order of the Pearl of Sulu is supported by different persons across the globe. Our Wakil KeSultanan (Regional Representative) to the People’s Republic of China is H.E. Datu Sadja Kenneth Yee Man Tse, GCPS KCR FRSA.

He holds a double masters degree in Applied Finance from the Western Sydney University (Australia) and International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde (Scotland). He also has a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Chu Hai College (Hong Kong). He has pursued his professional qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant (Ireland) and a US-certified forensic accountant (FCPA). He has also dedicated himself “to foster the promotion of good governance and professional education for sustainable development”.

Datu Sadja Kenneth’s professional career began by working with several financial service institutions in Hong Kong. Since 2004, he has been a freelance financial and management consultant providing overseas marketing development, asset management, succession planning, and consultancy services in the areas of professional education and training. He has experience in establishing and maintaining good working relationship with business partners, associates and associations.

He serves as a volunteer project manager for the ARKBK (Germany-based NGO) to raise funds as well as public awareness to foster the promotion of improving STEM Education (in particular “Teaching Kids Coding”) in Uganda since 2012. Having performed charitable work for the Kingdom of Bunyoro Kitara in Uganda, he has been recognized with several honours including membership in the Royal Order of the Engabu (OEBKK).

In 2004, he was elected as a Life Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He is also a Commissioned Kentucky Colonel, a Linkedin Global Goodwill Ambassador, and a Knight Commander of the Order of the Knights of Rizal.

Datu Sadja Kenneth instituted the Hongkong Association for the Promotion of Sulu Trade and Investment (HAPSTI), a registered NGO and non-profit entity in Hong Kong. One of the activities of HAPSTI will be organizing a friendly basketball series, “The Sulu East King Cup”, which will be composed of teams from Sulu and Shandong Province (China). He is also setting up the “Paduka Pahala Foundation for Exchange and Cultural Diplomacy” which aims to provide fellowship for student and youth exchange in the City of Dezhou, Shandong, China.
